The difference in speed won't matter much once booted. Given that you do have mechanical drives in use, why not use a mechanical enterprise grade drive like a WD Gold or Seagate Exos for the OS. Have you checked the wear level of the drives in question? If the system is actually running 24/7, a enterprise grade SSD would be advisable. That may or may not be an issue with your SSDs. Depending on the actual efficiency, you may only have 400 Watts to spare. 450 Watt seems a bit low, given your system likely draws 350 Watts. Is it a quality unit or something you found somewhere. That power supply has me concerned it the system is on 24/7.
